We're obsessed with this little oyster farm on the coast of Washington. We bring oysters, sauces, knives and ice, and we shuck and serve right in your home.

Mortadella, from real ingredients
We make our mortadella fresh weekly, from local duck breast and pork shoulder. We also bake fresh ciabatta from local grain. We top these with ricotta and pesto. These are must-have sandwiches, served with fresh french fries made from local potatoes and fried in local beef tallow.

6-9 people - $55/person
10-12 people - $50/person
12+ - $45/person

We love to hear it. If you want the food, but don't need all the service, we'll drop off the oysters and the sandwiches and you'll save around $125.
